There were hundreds of Painted Ladies on various flowers yesterday at RSPB Minsmere, they normally fly off when a human approaches, this one didn't so I was able to get within two or three inches of the subject, note the proboscis gathering the nectar

I'm not sure of this butterfly, Silver Studded or Small Blue, the SS certainly likes to cling on to the top of Bell Heather as here at Westleton National Nature Reserve yesterday, anyone help out?
