This is becoming a very popular area with diners/clubbers and sightseers. The whole of the Wet Dock/Waterfront area has been/is being transformed. There are cafes/bistros/bars/restaurants many with 'al fresco' style seating.
Boat trips start and finish here on Thames Barges or a cruise on 'The River Lady' up the River Orwell. The new Suffolk University College has been completed, there is still a working wharf and high class yachts [Fairline] are prepared for sale or export.
