All flowers taken in Suffolk except one, the giant Hogweed which was taken in Norfolk but I expect there is some in Suffolk somewhere.

No.3 Marsh Cinquefoil

No.5 Marsh Marigold
No.6 Three wild flowers here, Creeping Hairbell, Wild Columbine, & Solomon's Seal.

Those are certainly some fabulous photos you have taken there, my insect collection is nothing in comparison, here is one Lacewing that stayed on my bedroom window for more than 24 hours, tiny thing really

Is there a particular place to find these flowers/insects/butterflies?

I have seen the Oxlip at Bradfield Woods and The Ragged Robin at the Nature Reserve at Newbourne
