Looking from the Orwell Crossing down river towards Felixstowe, centre right skyline can be seen the cranes at the Port of FXT some 10 miles away

The second hangar from the left of this aerial shot of Wattisham was my HQ for two years from 1967-69 on 29 Squadron where we operated F3 Lightnings
