To me the Orwell Bridge/Crossing is aesthetically lovely, essentially it is necessary to get from A to B, I have photographed this bridge from above, below, upon, mid stream and from every conceivable angle, nowhere can I find fault with its curves, here a shaft of light is shining on its SE flank, the photo was taken from the steps above Pond Hall farm on the Nacton side of Ipswich

Ever wondered how the shipping channels to our ports are made safe and kept safe, the THV Patricia [together with THV Galatea]looks after the shipping channels by maintaining the buoy service and the pilots advise the ships captains as to a safe passage
