2nd Lt James Des Jardins of the USAAF was posted as missing, presumably killed, over Germany in November 1944, James was operating out of RAF Martlesham Heath in a P51 at the time, yesterday a memorial service was held in his honour at The Barrack Square, Martlesham Heath http://youtu.be/XClfaq_knTE after his remains were recently returned to his home in the USA once found at a crash site in Germany 

The first part of this video is on the park 100 yards from where I live taken yesterday, the wooded area is a little further at 400 yards today, so when I say I am off for a walk you know where I am off to, there is no sound apart from a few birds chortling away in the wooded section
