I do not know the name of this Alpine town/village all I know it was on the road to Martigny in Suisse, even the coach driver and guide got lost! the cable car went up to the ski slopes

In the Chamonix valley is this two section two laned elevated road it is quite an engineering project and not for the faint-hearted traveller but I enjoyed the experience to Chamonix from Annecy and the return!
