We walked the Seven Sisters from Eastbourne Pier [Bus up to Beachy Head] to the Visitors Centre at Cuckmere Valley, it took all day to do this and we caught the bus back to Eastbourne. I personally would regard this walk as one of my favourites it also epitomises all that England is about, I just wish that age would allow me to do it again

At times it was tough going as there are seven dips to do by two and often you have to use the sheeps tracks, a lunch time stop at Birling Gap was just right but there are some stunning views along the route
