Saw this Nuthatch collecting mud to 'seal up' a hole in a tree where it was nesting in Christchurch Park in Ipswich, it took a few days to find the nest so more pictures later

The above mud collecting Nuthatch is actually nesting in this London Plane tree in Christchurch Park Ipswich they plaster up the hole of the tree with mud and leaving a very small opening [at the bottom of the muddied hole] there was no sign of any bird there this morning though
