On Friday I saw these birds on sheafs of corn, I knew Corn Buntings could be seen in the area and I have just had confirmation from the RSPB guys that they are Corn Buntings, these are quite rare in the UK these days and are on the Red Status of wildlife protection, I haven't seen one of these in over 60 years, we think there are two young also, very distant shots and well cropped
