Of all the birds that I see in or around water I would regard the Swan as being the most graceful and photogenic, to me it is what my country is all about sheer beauty

I have seen as many as 8 Cygnets survive a brood from Swans laying their eggs in the Spring, I have seen them disappear so that there is only one Cygnet left, this family lost one the day before
