My visit to All Saints occurred on May 1st 1999, here  are my own and church notes, there once was a medieval pub called The Chequered Inn near to the church

  • Site mentioned in the Domesday Survey of 1086
  • Chancel of 14c
  • Tower & Nave 14c, part of the tower had to be rebuilt in 1652 after it collapsed
