There has been a settlement at Westhall since the Bronze Age and Roman Occupation as artifacts have been found for both periods

  • A rare Seven Sided Sacrament Font 15c with original colouring
  • c1370 a new Chancel was built
  • 111' length plus the Nave 61' x 40' and the Chancel 50' x 22'
  • Some oak benches with poppyheads date from c1450
  • Royal Coat of Arms to George III
  • Tomb chest to Nicholas Bohun 1602
  • 15c wall paintings
  • Five bells, the oldest 1616
  • Elizabethan communion cup from 1567
