• The canopied niche in the west wall of St Mary's tower is thought to be the only known example in Suffolk
• The Second Earl of Suffolk William de Ufford remarks on glass in the windows dating c1370
• 12thc St Mary's came under the jurisdiction of The Priory of Hickling in Norfolk
• 1383 Peasants Revolt effects felt in Parham
•  Records date of the rectors from 1313
• Parish records are recorded from 1538
• A Robert Willoughby achieved fame fighting with Henry V aty Harfleur and Agincourt 
• A Scratch Dial with numerals can be found on the third buttress of the south wall of the church
• Three bells , two dating from 1350 and the Tenor bell from 1623
• The pillars on the organ loft graffiti is scored being dated to 1400 +/- 50 years
• The Coat of Arms is that of Charles II
• 15c octagonal font
• Hat bracket inscribed R.H. 1716 on the north wall
• The village stocks are located in the roof of the lychgate
