Middleton cum Fordley

Anyone here from the village or has connections?

There once stood two churches in this churchyard, the remarkable thing about Holy Trinity here is that in 1955 during repair work the thatching to the chancel caught fire, the village folk performed miracles by retrieving its church records and other treasures before the fire brigade arrived to douse the flames.
