I first called at All Saints Church Gazely on 1st May 1999 together with my notes and the church booklet this is what I found

  • Most of the church was erected in the 14c
  • 15c Porch and clerestorey added
  • The Tower was rebuilt in 1884
  • 14c Font
  • George III Royal Arms dd 1815
  • Some lovely 15c bench ends and poppyheads
  • 16c marble table tomb in the south aisle
  • Several 17/18c ledger slabs exist
