Flixton [near Bungay]

Going right to the top of the county now on to the River Waveney, where there is a good boardwalk from the Flixton Aviation Museum, do pay Lester a visit, it is a superb museum which is free of charge but I'm sure you would put the value of a couple of cups of tea in the donations box, better still go into the hangar, listen to some American Jive music from the Forties and enjoy another cuppa there

Went to the museum a couple of years ago for the first time although I used to pass it in the 70s when the Beaufighter(?) was outside the pub by the roadside. Very impressed with what they've achieved and well worth a fiver in the box.
Unimpressed with the food in the pub though - vegetable soup from a packet with (still) frozen rolls.bleh

I visited here yesterday on a very grey day, but that didn't dampen things as there was so much to do and see
