I don't know if Morris Dancing is performed outside of the UK, but when on Christchurch Park, Ipswich this morning these dancers/musicians were on the last dance of their itinerary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB3ct83p-qg Stills/Movie

I was attracted to The Cenotaph in Ipswich Christchurch Park at the number of wreathes upon the plinth yesterday and on closer inspection found this one from The English Defence League
