Glenn Miller's name is recorded on the Memorial Wall of those that went missing in WWII

.........and his very good friend Emily Harper Rae is buried at the cemetery too, Emily was in the service of the American Red Cross at the time and died en route to the USA when the B17 she was travelling in hit a mountain on the Isle of Man
