On Westleton Heath there is this quarry, there must have been millions if not billions of stones in here at one time

The Dingle Marshes immediately North of Dunwich is managed jointly between the Forestry Commission, Suffolk Wildlife Trust and the RSPB here Konik Ponies are grazing

The Corporation Marshes at Walberswick part of The English Nature's National Nature Reserves

Part of the above marshes have dried out due to the droughtlike conditions affecting much of East Suffolk in the summer of 2009
