St Mary Magdalene Church [Information taken from booklet available within the church]

  • Noted in the Domesday Survey of 1086
  • 13c windows in the Nave and Chancel
  • A lancet window from the 13c in the north side of the Chancel exists
  • 14c tower
  • 15c font
  • Single hammerbeam roof
  • Royal Arms to George III
  • Of the three bells two are from the 15c
  • Silver chalice mid 16c
  • One ledger slab dates from 1651
