Quite a large village, that has some attractive properties, the church is some way from the village centre and is approached through an avenue of lime trees

What ever happened to Norton Bird Gardens. Woderful collection of birds from all over. Spent many hours there with the kids.

Yes that was a great place to visit Tarkey, hasn't been there for a number of years, I notice that the pub The Dog has a sign change, it used to be a wonderful Alsatian

Tarkey and John, Many thankyou's for remembering Norton Bird Gardens after all these years and recalling times you had there with your now grown up children. The gardens closed in 1990 and have since been developed into a residential development called The Gardens.
