Little America as Lakenheath is often known has two huge air bases nearby although RAF Airfields they are almost exclusively used by the United States Air Force, Lakenheath the Fighter Base and Mildenhall the Tanker/Transport Base.

John are the public viewing areas open now. Last time I looked they were blocked of with huge concete blocks This one was taken from a different point

The viewing area on the junction of the Brandon/Wangford Road was open Tarkey, that is where some of my pics are taken from
