A lovely village down in the dip with the tiniest of rivers being streamlike running through by the name of the Box which flows into the Brett which flows in to Stour. Lovely houses from another era, a beautiful church and don't miss the wooden north porch of the church

Possibly the oldest wooden porch in the country [Pevsner]

It is a real pleasure to reside in a county that has so many medieval buildings, one of our best kept examples is Boxford, read the list of listed buildings including the Grade I church of St Mary
