This is the view from The Dartford Crossing [QE2 bridge] looking towards The Shard at London Bridge 15 miles away, the O2 Dome is on the left and the London Eye is on the right of the Shard, because of the loop system in the Thames this is probably the only position where these buildings can be seen together from ground level

The all new chair lift from the O2 Dome over the Thames to Poplar, I notice that the chairs are all showing the sponsors names

The Cutty Sark at Greenwich yesterday, after the disastrous fire destroyed the upper deck and masts, the glass dome to the right is the ventlation shaft and entrance to the under Thames walkway to the Gardens at Canary Wharf where there is a similar shaft
