This view is approaching Nacton House home of Admiral Edward Vernon also known as Old Grog he got his nickname from wearing the Grogram Cloak and he also ordered the watering down of the RN sailors rum ration, the house can only be viewed from the River Orwell http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Vernon
