A group of us visited Trinity House, Harwich on a tour of the buoy yard and a video Q&A session, we were also the first group to visit the TH new Control Room where all the activity around 10000 miles of coastline is monitored and projected onto a wall screen. Unfortunately the weather was foul and two of us decided to travel to the event via the Felixstowe/Harwich ferry which was quite eventful, the last crossing was cancelled due to the strong winds. Never despondent the tour was excellent and we were well looked after
