Lavenham South Porch must be one of the best examples of all Suffolk churches

Burstall Wooden Porch is very ornate sitting on a brick base

Felsham Church Porch is quite extraordinary and it dates from the late 15c

Southwold South Porch must have the best example of Flushwork [knapped flintstone] in Suffolk

Of all the Tudor Brick Porches, Charsfield must rate as one of the finest examples

This Church is topical as I write as the UKs Prime Minister The Rt Hon Gordon Brown MP is currently holidaying in the parish of Shadingfield
