I still regard Kesgrave as a village, although I do live on the newer part, which makes me a 'towny' however when I see the part time opening of the Town Hall I always have a chuckle

Along the 'old' A12 now redesignated the A1214 there are still several of the milestones thank goodness here is one in Kesgrave
