Obviously two things dominate the landscape here Sizewell A & B Nuclear Generating Plants in a hamlet with Sizewell Belts Walks immediately to the north of the site. I had the opportunity a few years ago on a one-to-one basis guided tour of Plant A somehow I found this scary with all this power just a few yards away

The above [last] is where one of Suffolks few Colony of Kittiwake Sea Birds nest, there are hundreds on this platform

Some more pics from yesterday at Sizewell Beach and Minsmere, I did notice what appeared to be the initial foundations for Sizewell C Power Station being prepared This 12th century priory chapel is not too far from the sluice at Minsmere or can be reached from the Beach at Sizewell or The Sizewell Belts Woodland walk
